Good news! The office of Dermatology & Skin Surgery is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting in-office appointments for non-urgent patients, in addition to televisits for those concerns that can be handled remotely.

Televisits are a no-risk option and work great for medication management (acne, eczema, rashes) and screening individual spots (with good pictures :).

In-person visits are necessary for growths that require removal (warts, keratoses, skin tags, etc.) and screening exams. Due to the expected length of the pandemic, needed screening exams should not be postponed until after the crisis resolves. Skin cancers caught early saves lives.

We encourage you to schedule an in-office exam with Julie Darby-Jett, PA-C, MPAS for skin cancer screening or other concern that is not well-suited for a televisit. If you are uncertain whether a televisit or an in-person visit is best for you, please call and discuss your needs with us. We’ll be happy to answer further questions to help you decide.
